I should have my Dana 60 back by the end of the week and am torn between axle choices. Dr. Diff has some axles that he designed himself and they seem to be just as good as the other popular brands of axles, they are made from the same material as Moser and other popular brands. The price is great too. Has anyone used these axles and how much power are you putting on them with slicks.

No, I have never used them, but I would as Dr. Diff I consider an expert and would take his advise or product.Good Guy

He seems to know what he is talking about. I have spoken with him on the phone before and he explained things about the axles I have never thought about. I have pretty much decided to run his axles but was looking to get a little insight as to who is putting how much abuse on them.

Basically there is 3 things to consider when looking
at a axle shaft
1) material... and dr diff says its the same as the
big dollar axle which you have to take his word on
without doing material analysis
2) how are the spines installed, ground, rolled,ect
3) rockwell C are they the same rockwell as the big
dollar axles, you dont want them too hard or they tend
to snap or too soft and they tend to wind up like a pretzel

I have purchased axles from Dr Diff. I don't have the car going yet but hope to by the middle of April. Mine were Dana 60 as well. Jim

PLUMBAD just rebuilt the DANA. Got everything from Doc DIFF Yukon Gears Dutchman Axles.
