the car just sort of came alive at Monster Mopar after a not so great outing at Dragway 42 last month, don't get me wrong it came home in one piece and all but just didn't perform as expected and I still wasn't feeling up to par to work on it at the track, after about 2 weeks after that I got it out of the trailer and did a main jet change and dropped the front and back down 2 jet sizes and changed the PVCR jet down from a 62 to a 57 put it all back together and waited for Monster Mopar to start,,,once there I started friday morning with a 9.829@134.38 and a 1.355 60ft and it just got better, next one was,,9.800@135.37and a 1.358 60ft,,,best pass ever, 3 passes in the gamblers and stayed 9.80-9.81 all three untill a -014 light took me out Sat was almost as good, had the worse light of the weekend at 9.842@133.62 don't quite know what happened but the 60ft was still a 1.354 I think the humidity was up as it fell off in the 1/8th mile,,Sundays time trial was 9.822@134.42 still 1.357 60ft, first elimination ended with a -.004 red but a 9.814@134.10 pass and a 1.346 60ft,,,excuse me while I go work on those lights.LOL

success can definitely be a motivator! It’s awesome when you have a car you can have some trust in. Work on the tree and the rest will come!

and one other thing, I want to thank Thumper for all the info, suggestions and time to help me set my dominator up, took me a little more time than expected to get to it but it appears to be much closer now.

last I knew the car wet weight was 2938# and approx 3150 sitting on the starting line,, since then the smallblock and 904 have been replaced by the bigblock and 727 so I know there is more nose weight but not sure how much.
