They oil the heads alternately and some points neither head gets oil depending on cam position to oil passage to what head.

Went through this last week...was in a panic, then got some GOOD advice to slowly rotate the engine till I got oil on one side, then rotated the crank, I think 360 degrees to find the oil hole for the other.

There is only a couple of things to check... slowly
rotate the crank, if nothing then check to make sure
the rocker shaft isnt upside down, if correct the check
the cam bearings arent in wrong(hole not lined up).
Of course you could have a bad gasket that the holes
arent in it for the oil passage

The holes in the cam provide oil to the rockers once every revolution of the cam, the cam travels half as fast as the crankshaft so the rockers don't oil that much. That is the reason I have the camshaft grooved to provide oil to the rockers full time(helps cool the valve springs on roller cam motors) and then restrict the oil passage in the block as needed

I'm thinking cam bearing also.

Like was said, you have to turn the motor over while priming if you don't use Cab's cam bearings. If you aren't doing this then you will not likely get any oil to either side. This is Mopar 101, people.
