I'm a huge fan of the lone Mopar Pro Stock car, but it would be nice to see him make a clean full pass.
Seems his reaction times are pretty good but after the 60 foot, he's done. That has to make for a long weekend.

Kind of off topic but I don't think it has been mentioned on this board that former SS/AH ace Charlie Westcott Jr is on the entry list for Pro Stock at Norwalk.

Alan Prusienski is also entered.

Nineteen cars entered for Pro Stock.

To borrow from Mark Twain I think the reports of the death of Pro Stock have been greatly exaggerated.

Good luck to Alan and Charlie this weekend!

He bought all Larry Morgan's Ford stuff 3 or 4 years ago.

He bought Cunningham car and engines...which is a copy of a Mopar Hemi with Ford Decals...

n October of 2014, Wescott Jr. purchased the late Jim Cunningham’s Ford Mustang chassis – a Jerry Haas chassis - and that’s what he’s racing in Pro Stock.

He didn’t buy any of Cunningham’s engines. He’s built his own stuff from scratch.

Wasn't Morgan's stuff owned by Cunningham?

Westcott 6.963/200.08 Prusiensky 7.664/186 shutting off early.

No shade thrown from me. They're there trying and I'm not.

If the results don't match the theory, change the theory.

Where did all the heads and blocks come from? Scratch or Bisquick?

Charlie bought what was left of Ford Racing's inventory. They made him a really good offer to purchase it all. I think there were half a dozen blocks and like 20 heads?
