I'd consider taking a look at it. If the schematic is available (and it might be - I'd need a model # to find out) there are things that could be checked. What is wrong with it? I'd say mechanical issues? One needs a volume switch? replaced (may have one), presets don't work on both, and the one needs the tuner fixed, can't dial a station up.
