Is the V21 option rare?

It is a scarcely seen option, I have no data on numbers though. It's hard to say since most folks repainting a car would probaly leave it off. Ever see one in a magazine or at a show? I've seen a few thru internet searches and one at the MATS once. Heres an old thread https://board.moparts.org/ubbthreads/show...t=2#Post3880794

Now let's get back on track

Trunk floor closer to being stripped, I'll pull the hardware and do the finish work when the floor itself is done. Everything but the floor was pretty sweet (I'll neutralize that). There will be more progress by Sunday night...... the local mopar series races were last night, I have to go help my FIL today, and then go to the track with John and Justin tonight so stay tuned.....SUNDAY SUNDAY SUNDAY

(Oh FYI: Johnny Da Goat gave me that Grinder, aint he swell)

Keep in mind we are using a 110 wire feed flux core set up since we don't currently have the gas set up. The results were amazing considering what John had to work with (Sorry for the pic quality John's camera may have much better shots...if so I can replace these later) I fab, John welds THANKS FOR ALL THE HELP JOHN

From someone who's doing the process with gas it's tougher than it looks. Must have ground and rewelded 50 pin holes. Looking good hopefully the rain will stop and I can get some work of my own done.

That's more like 2 full passes and maybe a touch up of pin holes, he's getting real good with this thing.

It was complicated and took a few hrs though we started by tacking it in one area, and then had to tweak the position slightly, grind an edge a touch, re-check then tack it and so on type of a deal. Due to the many edges/angles and tha fact the patch was made from scratch. John had an excellent idea. He had me make a bondo mold of the original to check fit. Very smart and helpfull

Nice work! Gotta keep that bondo mold and start re-poping those window corners. I bet you are not the only one who needed them.

Looking forward to more progress pics!

Thanks Tom, AMD and Goodmark both make full quarter so technically they already make that metal, just not seperate. Here is the passenger side patch closer to finished and just loosely in place

I see the work in person and believe me it is looking awesome. (I am not just saying that because I am doing the welding either...lol) Seriously though, it has been a lot of fun helping out, so thanks Bob for inviting me in on this restore. P.S. Bob is learning to weld too so look for some of his welding to appear here before too long.

Tonight we started the pass side rear window lower window patch. I THINK THIS IS THE LAST PATCH

I forgot to take a during pic. Since it's not done yet this is the "during pic"... John made one full pass with the welder and I ground most of it... more soon. Thanks for coming over John.
