For off the shelf headers, how much if any more HP is a fenderwell header (Say Hooker 1 7/8 tube) worth compared to underchassis header (TTI 1 3/4 tube) in a 600-630HP BB combo that doesn't see over 6500 rpm?

The fender well header is too long for just about everything

Just because you think it won't make it true. Horsepower is KING. To dispute this is stupid. C. Alston

On your deal I would, and have, buy and use the Hedman A body fenderwell 2.0 inch primary pipe with the 3.5 inch collectors up scope
They fit better (allow a taller front tire easier) than the Hookers in either the 1 7/8 as well as the larger 2.0 inch A body BB headers twocents thumbs

The last set I bought were like 42 inches for the shortest and 44-45 for the longest.

They have to be that long to get the collector under the car.
