Will the wheels off a 2000 fit a 75? From what I see the bolt pattern is the same. Thanks.

94 and up dodge Dually wheels are Hub centric, pre 94 wheels are stud centric "Coined" wheels.

Like said above, no they won't. Wheels are the same up to 93 and then 94-up.
