Hi,

My front carb has a chip out of the top cover where the hold down stud threads through it. It's an original street hemi carb. My question is whether the top covers are universal or if it is unique to a street hemi.

Thanks

It's a '70 (auto). I'll have to go check the #.

Those are unique. Contact Jason Repuchi (Moparts member) he had some good core tops I believe. Personally I would just leave it alone, pretty common chip, shouldn't cause you any problems.

Thanks. It's been this way for years and never caused any problems. It's more aesthetics, than anything else.
