I'm switching from a carb to Ron's injection. I have to use a scoop mount bracket under the throttle body to mount my hood scoop and air pan. The bracket I have been using has a 4 hole Holley pattern in it.

My question is should I open this bracket up to open pattern design? I can see where the 4 hole pattern is a restriction compared to the open design. However, I wonder it the 4 hole design could have venturi effect under the 4" throttle body. What are your thoughts? Jim

No holes.

That is ASSuming you are talking about using a flying toilet.

Just because you think it won't make it true. Horsepower is KING. To dispute this is stupid. C. Alston

X2, big reduction in flow + added turbulence.

I am no expert, but I have ran 2 toilets on a tunnel on diff sb’s over the yrs and a single toilet on a 4bbl intake, I agree with the above, no holes, 1 big.
