Chris: As others have said too, it depends on what you're doing with the car. If you're taking it to a serious show, I'd put them on so people have an idea how the car was actually delivered - like with the window sticker you've attached. But if you're gonna cruise around or race...I'd leave them off. Kinda cool, as I've never seen the Dodge covers in person. That would be a treat for folks, I guess. John

Even though you said it you probably know that cars were not delivered with wheel discs on. It was a promotional item advertised to dealers to buy and then dealers could sell them along with patches, dolls, tie pins, and other such promotional items. I don't know about anyone else, but I had a new Runner in 69 and never saw a Dodge or a Plymouth with wheel discs on in person or in a magazine before someone displayed them at the Mopar Nats on a black A12 in 1989. They are just a dress up item that really befit an A12 because A12's did not come with hubcaps of any kind. The wheel discs would look kind of weird on a car with dog dishes, full hubcaps or mag wheels on the rear!

my 69-1/2 survivor roadrunner came with them when the car was prepped new at crabtree motors in new rochelle,ny.
the original grease caps were put in the trunk and the car was prepped and the promo discs were on the car when the original owner picked up the car. i personally saw my A12 roadrunner race one time in late 69 on the hutchinson river parkway. the roadrunner did have the discs on the car when the car was seen briefly before it was put away when the original owner went to vietnam in 69.
