Hemi orange is a different shade than wedge motor orange. Per the 80-90's Mopar Performance literature it was "Race Hemi Orange" and "Street Hemi Orange", all the street orange RBs got SHO, only the 64 / 65 Hemis got the RHO. At least that's how I recall it.

That's just it! I wouldn't rule out it being Corporate Blue. Let the engine block tell you by sanding or stripping in spots. Ron I have found specs of blue on some parts. The dual snorkel air cleaner is gloss black and is original as can be.

OK. So I have learned the difference between Chrysler Corporate Blue and Chrysler Turquoise Blue engine colors. The car was built at the Newark plant for the VA state police. Have broadcast sheet. I have had two other people tell me that it is possible the engine was blue.
