I am installing a Comp Cam 280H(20-232-4) in my 1979 360 engine. It calls for Comp #901 springs. Can anybody tell me the correct installed height for these springs?

Should be 1.68 - 1.70. Make sure that your 360 doesn't have rotator type retainers on the exhaust valves. Some 360's do. If it does get rid of them and install regular valve spring retainers and keeper.
