How about Accurate, don't they have complete systems? I don't know about the challenger fitment but I have had good luck with there stuff fitting and the quaility seemed o.k.

TTI makes systems for use with the stock manifolds too. I suspect it's either a cost or appearance issue.

Maybe in Fantasy Land??  All kidding aside, fiinding a guy that can really use the bender properly is like a needle in a haystack.
Actually, I hear what you are saying Bill, but the reality is that the compression bent junk you get from a typical muffler shop or the so called "kits" that Summit sells are just an abomination. They fit like a 3 fingered glove. No luck with the YO stuff either, and I just won't talk to a company that hires people that unless you have a part # and know exactly what you want cannot help you. The Gardner systems are pretty nice, but I did have fitment issues in a Hemi Charger. Nothing serious, but some issues just the same. TTI stuff, while admittedly not correct looking, are USA MADE  , fit well, are mandrel bent, and are very high quality. And unlike just about every other company out there, have qualified, courteous, knowledgable people that comprise the staff.

I do actually, but moving it with no exhaust is something I would rather not do. And after the fiasco with Yearone headpipes on my own challenger they will not get the call for exhaust.
I've had 1 suggestion to use Accurates 340 manifolds + headpipes , then Dales Cuda shop for all the rest.
It's a 71 challenger but he wants to use 1970 manifolds.

After the mess I went through with both TTI and the Jegs kit + $400 at the exhaust shop for JUNK. I would say a good exhaust shop is worth it, bring them the factory hangers, show the pics in the manual and say this is what I want...
 A GOOD exhaust shop (bending/hanging & high quality standards) will produce a far better system then a pieced together out of the box system. Every car is a little different--THEY can account for that.
Now FINDING the good shops--thats your job!

I wouldn't even bother trying around here. All I'd get for my frustration would be a lighter bank account, higher blood pressure and more garage art!

Not sure, but if the guy is good; it would be well worth the hassle of getting it up to him without exhaust...
I am sure you know someone with a trailer?? - I would offer, but I sold the truck and my trailer is quite a POS...
The TTI kit I used on my '67 fit OK, but for the money I expected much better, not bad but not great...
The '73 cuda; the summit/Jegs kit was absolute JUNK, and spending money at Midas to fix was a COMPLETE waste of time and a LOT OF MONEY; no have some nice scrap metal & still need exhaust - they fools were going to run the pipe UNDER the rear end! - I SHOULD HAVE RAN

We are going to be putting the Acurate Exhaust system on our chally probably within the next month or so. The Acurate exhaust that I put on my charger was nice and easy to put on and had no fitment issues at all.

If you need it hauled somewhere, I'd happy to it for for free. Have truck and trailer, let me know if you need it hauled.

Bill, I've used Accurate's stuff. VERY nice, perfect fitment, etc and Tom is always available if you have questions. He uses the actuall cars to fit all the pipes. I have a set of his factory Mufflers and Tail pipes on my 66 Satellite right now, including hangers/clamps. I had the head pipes bent locally (BIG mistake !!!) and spent 2 days cutting/re-welding their scrap. this after the guy said "you know, I've done one or two of these before" then used a prybar on the floorpan to clear his misbent pipes  the only consolation is the local shop used heavy guage pipe. I also found that the repop (Y.O.) front hangers are 1" too short (66-7 B-body application) and caused the mufflers to hit the floorpan. I wound up using cheapo stuff, set at the correct height until the Accurate ones showed up. I will be using Accurate brand stuff on the Belv II and probably the 'Cuda when it's ready. Todd

I have an Accurate system on my [big block] 1970 Challenger, and have no complaints. I read other people ripping on them, and it sometimes makes me wonder if I'm just really tolerant of borderline junk and don't realize it.
But I don't think that's the case.
Down to just a blue car now.
