How complicated is it to add endplay adjusters to a converted truck Dana 60? I have a truck Dana that I would like to convert to a car Dana using either 8 3/4 housing ends, 8 3/4 ends with big Ford bearings or Ford ends. I want to use tapered bearings and would like to have an adjuster like on the 8.75.

You either need a suregrip with the cross pins drilled for the thrust buttons, or if you use the big ford bearings then you don't need end play adjusters, cause the Set 20 bearings don't use em.

I bought my axles for my Dana from Dr Diff with the Ford style Set 20 tapered roller bearings, along with housing ends for em that still had the mopar backing plate pattern so i could use my brakes.

Big ford tapered roller wheel bearings are NON-adjustable.

Great, that makes things much easier. I think the housing ends with the Mopar pattern and Ford bearing are from Strange.

If you use the torino ends, then you can use the explorer discs in the rear for uber cheap, and they have a parking brake that is super simple to adopt.
