What's the easiest way to ID a real hemi brake booster? Thanks! The larger studs 3/8, the "Standard" Bendix will have 5/16" studs in the rear, and the bolt pattern...There are a few B body applications of the "standard" Bendix dual diaphram that at first glance can fool you into thinking it's a HEMI unit Mike

Thank you Mike that helps! I thought the rod was wrong because it wasn't curved at the end.

I've seen different rod end shapes over the years on both HEMI and Standard Bendix boosters, probably was a supply/vendor thing?, or application/year thing?, not sure, but the curve end is the most common to see though on HEMI boosters

I'm no expert on all the flavors of the Hemi boosters but the one on my '67 GTX, the 2508703 booster, has the 7BH rod code which is for the teardrop pushrood.

Correct, teardrop or "curved" as the OP referenced is the norm/majority, but I have seen some exceptions mostly on early B bodies and a few 71 B bodies over the years Bottom pic is HEMI vs 2nd Gen B body "standard" Bendex
