5.9 Magnum fully rebuilt, 15XXXX miles, I want to reuse the valve locks. Is it okay to do this? They seem fine, but each has two darkened marks in the middle of the lock-half, kind of like this:



But the marks don't look damaging. What would be your advice?

For all the money you just put in your motor
why get cheap on a low dollar part?

They can't cost that much.

I see no problem re-using them.

P.S. Your retainer drawing is kind of a letdown compared to the cars you render. We want a full color version next time.
