I was wondering if anyone hear knows the answer but what are the requirments to run in NSS? Do you have to be able to run a certain ET in order to race in this class?

I don't know most of it, but you do have to
have a body style/engine combo that fits
their rules.

What I mean is I have a 383 in a 74 duster,
I can not fit into any class in NSS, but only
SSGT or Pro brackets.

I will be interested to hear what others have
to say about then rules for NSS.

Here is a link to the rules, it's a good race, not sure how many cars from back east will show up, there have been 6 or 7 cars from the west, hope to see you there.

Thanks for the link, it cleared things up. So it looks like it's index racing. So you just come as close as possible to your designated and bracket race against the faster cars as well?

Yes, you pick a dial "index" during time trials, and thats your dial for the whole race, I have to slow my car down to 10.5 since it won't run 10.0 in Vegas, there will be more cars in the 10.5,11.0 indexes, if the race has a lot of the same cars from last year. If your car meets the spec in the rules, it's a good class to run.
