I was wondering if there is any significance to the marking on the bottom of this Distributor Part # 2642482. It has what looks like I BP 1 cast into the housing. Thanks in advance.

I think it's just a casting number internal to Prestolite

Thanks guys. I didn't know what or if it meant anything as far as application. I put electronic ignition in everything I ever had and never really looked at them.
