Hello Andrew, Thank you for your work on possibly providing the reverse pattern shift indicator plate for the 1965 A 990 Plymouth and Dodges. I have attached a photo of the Heater Delete Plate that I purchased from Special T's in Chicago. Good Luck...

I do not think the heater delete panels are available from any source other than Special T's and possibly Kramer Automotive. My personal interest is in the A990 reverse pattern shift indicator plates. I just sent a photo of the heater delete panel as an example that you requested. Good luck...
