That's nice but not everyone can afford to buy a 75-100 k race car but I guess it's better then wasting money on prostock not everyone wants s gen 3 hemi
Not sure I understand what you mean? Most of the competitive S/SS cars that race in NHRA are easily 75K+, especially when it comes to original rare combos. I wouldn't expect MOPAR to sponsor some non-competitive rust bucket, or someone who only races in their division for fun.
And you're correct, not everyone wants a GEN III, but that's the next phase of Mopar drag racing. Once engine blocks and torqueflite housings in sheds and back garages dry up, that's the platform the next generation is likely to pick up on.
