I personally like the two modes and the way the lock out works.I'm not sure if the bolt pattern is the same. Question for you.. do you have to lift the handle
to go into reverse or park... or do you lift the
little T handle to get into R or P thanks

You have to lift the T handle to get it into reverse or park and also into ratchet mode. You don't have to do anything with the shifter handle for gear changes with this shifter. Sorry I took so long to respond. I'm glad to be able to help you, I appreciate all the help and knowledge you've shared with me when I have questions.

Do you have to lift the handle when in neutral
or does it have to be in drive to get to reverse
or park.. my Qiuck Silver has to be in drive...
thats the part I'm trying to get away from.. if
its from neutral that you lift it thats fine
thanks

I just went out to the garage to verify, you can shift from neutral to reverse or park. The only time you need the t handle in drive is for a downshift or to swap from detent to ratchet modes. up
