Does anybody have the spec for the volume in cc's for the piston dish on a 1979 360 2bbl?

Here is the 360 specs I have for the silvolite cast replacement pistons:
Dished Piston #SL-1279 Compression Height = 1.576", Dish = 7.5cc
Flat Top Piston #SL-1273 Comp Height = 1.576", 0cc dish/dome (Flat Top)
With a 9.60" Deck the pistons should be 0.111" below the deck at TDC.

Picked up the 360 from a Moparts member. Just finished measuring everything. The stock pistons are .088 in the hole. The heads cc'd at 67 average. Plugging in the 7.5cc dish and a felpro 8.9cc head gasket yields 8.37 compression ratio which is just shy of the advertized 8.4. If I mill .072 from the heads, it yields 52cc chambers which amounts to 9.48 compression ratio. Can I safely do this or will the fact that there will be no quench mess things up. This is a really low budget bracket car for my grandson.

As "rule of thumb" 9.5 is considered max for non quench pump premium. CR should be OK, especially if its getting a more aggressive cam. I don't know if its considered safe to take that much off those particular heads though. Shorter pushrods and manifold milling may be required.

I am working on a friends '75 360.The stock pistons were .082 down in the hole. That was measured on the rim of the piston.
