If anyone can tell me what the applications for these two small block throttle kickdown linkage sets are I would appreciate it. The intake throttle cable bracket, rods and bellcranks are all different between the two sets. I would like to know if they are for two or four barrel and 904 or 727 if anyone can tell. Thanks in advance.

The top one is commonly found on 2-bbl '80's 318s and 360s with 904. The carb rod is the giveaway that it's 2 bbl. Note the adjustment is made down on the trans rod. I don't know what year they started that setup; I'm guessing late 70's. I've pulled lots of them from Diplomats and 5th Avenues.

The second one is earlier, since the adjustment is made on the threaded rod to the carb. Dunno exact years, or whether 2 or 4 bbl, but I think that's a 2 bbl throttle bracket.

The bolt on throttle brackets for a 4 bbl are taller...

The lower one is used on 70-73 that I know of. Maybe back to 68. Have a couple cars with that setup.
