Need to build mounts to mount an e-body on a rotisserie. I could use a photo or two and maybe even some measurements for the bolt holes if anyone can help.

Thanks,

I use 1/4" x 2" angle iron and weld up brackets. I attach them to the body where the bumper brackets mount. You can use a piece of paper or cardboard to make a template for the bolt holes.

Here are a few pictures from a prior restoration project that may be helpful. As you can see, it's not a commercial rotisserie but something we fabbed up using some existing material. It served it's purpose for several builds. The bumper bracket mounting locations served as the rotisserie attaching points.

These dimentions are for a Cuda. The outside distance between the front frame rails is 36 1/4".In the back are two holes per side for the rear bumper bkts. The distance between the outer holes is 52 3/4" and the inner holes is 42 3/4".
Hope this helps.

What do you guys do to paint behind your brackets that are mounted to the car? Im going to be putting my car on a rotisserie here soon, and was wondering what everyone does to paint the mounting locations while on the rotisserie. i know I can paint the spots afterwords, but it seem that it would leave a spot without the clear coar protection. I know its a newb question, but Im trying to get all the info prior to hanging this the body.
