Is it OK to jack up the front of my Dart from the center of the K-frame? Seems like lifting one side at a time (then setting the frame rail on a jack stand) will cause more twisting and stresses on the chassis. I also asked once before but can't find it with the useless search engine: what about picking up the rear from the center of the 8-3/4" thanks.

The K member is way stronger than it needs to be so absolutely yes.
One side at a time which is way more work than need be but you will not hurt the chassis with this method.
As for the center of the rear axle. Just add care the cup of the jack does not damage the stud and nut of the center section.
