I can see how they could get weak with years but mine just snapped. It looked funny I never seen one so low in the front it was dead bottom. I had the same issue . Swapped rear tyres at track after racing , as i tightened lug nuts drivers bar just let go . Nice sound . I replaced both with 870/880 small block bars . I tried 940 bars , hurt the sixty noticeably Tex
