Working on a '64 Polara and I have a question.

I've been told not all mopars had the even and odd number leaf springs and used just one part number on both sides. Mine, both right and left are part number 2403635. Can anyone confirm these are the correct part numbers?

Thanks

Some years / models have the same spring on both sides

Thanks. I thought so. Factory 383 4 speed and my springs are both the same with the same part number, same arch, same number of leafs, and the same length. A bit unusual I'm guessing.

I think the biased springs, with their different #s rt/lt, began with the Hemi & 440 B-bodies as far as street cars are concerned.

That certainly would make sense.

Yeah, it was the 1st time such a thing was called out in ads & articles, and my '63-'65 cars were the same rt & lt. Only my '68-'69 440 & Hemi cars were different side to side. That apparently filtered down from the drag racing program.
