What year did the Chrysler begin putting in the Electronic Ignitions, Lean Burn engines, cat. converters, etc?

72’ was the first year for electronic ignition, offered as an option and standard on most California bound vehicles. Lean Burn first appeared in 76’.

This document would indicate electronic ignition was first used mid-year 71’ on the 340 with manual trans A, B, & E bodies. Was not offered to the entire model line until 72’ with option code N23. I stand corrected.
