I dont see why it would need lube it dosen't move. All the movement is in the bushing.Thats why the nut shouldn't be tightened until its at ride height

the forward facing tapered shaft? I would give it a very light coat of grease which would help with rust prevention & ease future dissassembly as there is road splash in that area. it'd take you 5 seconds
live every 24 hour block of time like it's your last day on earth
