MR2 still building chassis on jack stands?

CW is that the same one you were stripping about a month ago? the red one should do good at the Autorama which I assume is a car show.

every chassis builder I know welds all the pipes in on a jig, then quickly moves the whole car over onto jack stands to finish it up.
No thats not the same car we were stripping, it is another one. I have a third now also. we are working on a team paint scheme for all three for when we tour the show car circuit.

no, I got it over north of Deee-troit. It was in a shed, I got it, 2 taillights, a deck lid, and a header panel for 200 bucks! It will make a nice race car. I bought three cars and payed less than 800.00 for all of them. Wonder how much that artist rendering cost that guy? wonder how much faster that will make him go.

I was looking at the beautiful Dart that WLDTM posted above and I saw in the background the old Kessler Bros. Dart. The Kesslers are from the Dayton Ohio area and that car was one of my all time favorite SS/A cars. Does anyone know who has it now and where it's located? Just curious as the last time I asked them about it they had lost track of it. Glad to see it's still around.

Everyone seems to be building Barracuda's. Does anyone know of any Dart's?

Isn't the Kessler car the one that Jim Walton of Northrern Kentucky had at one time. I know he had a Red Dart with a Red Paisley pattern insert in the front seats many years ago.

Could be, I was thinking I remembered hearing it went to Ky. The car's interior was distictive in that it had a diamond tufted padded dash and door panels but I don't really remember the seat pattern. I do remember it had really nice exterior paint. I haven't asked the Kesslers about the car in years and the last time I did they had lost track of it. When I see them this year I'll ask them again if they have any updates.

Thanks for the Pictures It is so cool to see that car again and to see it hasn't changed any. Although not a famous car it sure holds a lot of great memories for me.

The Kessler car was at Elkton, Minnesota this past summer. I do not have anymore info on who owns it now though - sorry

Is Elkton where all those HEMI A body cars were on display?

Elkton was a big 68 Hemi SS Reunion and had a boatload of other MightyMopars - I thought I had died and gone to heaven --- I have photos if you are interested or try this
