he has some health issues but now is doing good,, he is working to try to get back up to speed and get back into racing. as far as guys getting their stuff down the track,, don knows what he is doing,, he's just been out of the loop for awhile.

(For the 2007 season the Wolkwitz brothers team will campaign a newly restored 1968 Barracuda. The car sports a Ray Baton Hemi on top a Ken Keir chassis. Complete restoration by Kohrs Kustoms.
A real show stopper. Maiden voyage at the div2 Bradenton meet in Florida.)

I bet the Wolkwitz will be a real looker. I saw a picture last night on Classracer.com of Stewart Way's car,a Barracuda with the Barrnett Performance logo on the doors.

Was at the classic at Colombus,got to talk to JIm and John.They were very nice to talk to and even let me in the trailer with the dart on the lift.Got to look it over pretty good.I was impressed with the workmanship of that chassis.

More pictures of cars and technical info please! The battle of egos is getting old. I see too much ego in the Pro ranks, I'd hate to see it filter down to the sportsman classes.

I believe it starts in the sportsman ranks...it just grows to a new level at the pro's. Who knows. There might be someone here next year thumbing thier nose at CW and running the #'s to stand behind it. Ya gotta love it! (not holding my breath on someone overtaking the Warfish)

BTW, how many Hemi Shootouts are slated for 07?
