Hi Rich,

OK, a laptop it will be...I was hoping my iPad would replace the laptop forever. Nope.

Thank you for the advice!

MrPs ECU is definitely an HP. He gave me the part number for the system he wanted and it included the HP ECU. He ordered a "kit" and there is no part number for a kit that includes a Dominator ECU. That is all alacarte when you choose that ECU. We did talk about the Dominator, but he said he didn't need the second o2 and all the extra inputs and outputs. Also if you want trans controls, or intend to run DBW, you need the Dominator

The new Holley dash is a great piece and does lots of stuff. But a full fledged tuning aid, it is not at this point. It does give you the option to make several changes and choose between different Global Folders, but to actually go in and tune with the dash, NO, that's not what it is designed to do. To really TUNE and EFI car, you are going to need a computer. Data logs and other things are hard enough to see on a laptop screen, can't imagine trying to see them on a small 7" screen.

The virtual gauge and switch panel features are really nice

With the help of Trendz we got it all loaded with
the V4 and is running... I pulled fuel out at idle
and will play with the idle area more.. seems to be
cleaner at idle right now... just gonna have to play
with it now... and being a V4 now I dont need to shrink
the files to send if needed

I sent Trendz a file he said it was funny that it
came up as a dominator in the ECU type... finally

I'm still set up on bank to bank fuel so its a
bit of a issue to lean it down... soon I will
add a crank and cam pick up to get it to sequential
firing... first I'm changing the heads and cam.. all
its controlling right now is fuel
