The left one looks like the wrap around used on my big block dart , which is also used on C barges prior to 67 or 68 ...

No.I can say that positively.The one on left might be.I have a spare set in the garage somewhere.Left and right are basically the same look just reversed.IIRC sb is the same as BB.One bolt holds the rubber and one hole is for a small nub that is on the back side of the rubber.thats why 2 holes.Its a pretty big nut that holds them together. the nub just keeps the rubber insulator from turning during tightening of the mount bolt. and if i recall, isn't the insulator the same side to side ?
