Sad news. Mike was a nice guy, he definatly had a true passion for Super Stock cars.

My condolences go out to his family and friends.

I hadn't been on for several days and thought I'd check it out to see if there was any SS/HEMI news and this is not the kind of news I wanted. He will be truely missed. My thoughts and prayers are with his family.

I talked to Mike via email a few times. Always seemed to be upbeat and loved these cars. My thoughts and prayers are with his family.

This thread was started by Mike on Dec 10th, 2005 and is still going. It has been viewed over 74000 times with 1524 replies. Most of the replies are good, useful information and some were a little off the beaten path. I guess this kinda goes to show you that whatever a person does or says can have an affect on so many people. It takes something like death to really make you stop and think.

Unreal, I didn't know that Mike was the one that had started the thread. There has been a lot of info and in-sites on this thread.

I am really sorry to hear of Mike's passing, when he started this post we exchanged quite a few pictures of the SS/AH cars. He really helped make this one of the all time best informed posts on here. My thoughts and prayers are with his family. Does anyone know if there is anyway to send flowers or cards.
