How much do the doors..and all the glass weigh in a 1968 Dodge Dart.... thinking about putting mine on a diet the next couple months

I know for sure the quarter window regulator weighs 15 lbs per side. No idea on the rest.
When it takes more than a sweet mullet to prove you rule at the trailer park..

I weighed some of the body panels and glass when we put our 69 Dart on a diet a few years ago, here are my notes:
Doors complete w/ glass and regulators 68.5lbs. ea.
Deck lid 48lbs.
Deck lid hinges 1.5lbs. ea.
Quarter glass & regulators 15lbs. ea.
Rear glass 17lbs.

Start with simply gutting what you have. Don't cost a ton of money and you can remove ALOT of weight this way. Get the holesaw out an start making holes. EVRYWHERE....You need to check out the red car at a race to see how far we go....
