Top Sportsman racer Ronnie Davis crashed at PDRA Rockingham and has succumbed to his injuries. Ian Tocher, well known reporter was collected in the crash as well at the top end........no word on him yet

Monte I too read the same reports from different credible people and have been on the roller-coaster ride. Sounds like both the driver and photographer could use our thoughts and prayers. Man that was an ugly wreck.

Very ugly. Multiple hard hits from different directions. Looked to me like he may have come out of the car. I hope I'm mistaken. Positive thoughts out to both men and their families.

That crash was freakin' horrible.

Not morbid just like to see how this stuff happens and have seen many crashes that you would of thought for sure people died but like here survived............hope all involved are ok.............

Car got airborne, went across the wall and slammed down on the roof. If he did survive that hit, would be miraculous

Yeah it is a very violent crash, the camera man can be seen moving around on the ground right before they cut the feed. I was flat amazed to see him moving at all (I am a firefighter and worked at Indianapolis Raceway Park for many years)

Not a big fan of Ronnie for personal reasons but he and the other gentleman are in my prayers for sure.

As windy as it looked there, it may have contributed to the car getting so high up.
