You checked for power at the fan? All you can do is start chasing the power backwards.

No power at fan and new relay doesn't fix it. Pretty sure these set codes for auxiliary fan fault. Got a check engine light?
Look for a blown fuse in the meantime.

Yes,now the check engine light is on.I checked all fuses. Run it to an auto parts store. Have them put a scanner on it and check for codes and usually, FREE. It would least put you in the ball park or be dead on what is going on
