Yes, you can run them. Should be no problem.
Specs from catalog are:
Single with Damper. Recommended for maximum .510" lift, hydraulic flat tappet cams only. Over .510 lift, a dual spring is required, so we recommend upgrading to our 145-1013 Comp Cams Dual Valve Springs (per Comp's recommendation.)
Valve Spring Closed (seat) Pressure: Approx. 130 pounds @ 1.875" installed height

This doesn't make sense, really. I suspect the free height is some sort of typo. Probably closer to 2.265" free height. I calculate 333lb/in as the spring rate.
A hydraulic flat-tappet should live with 130 on the seat and with your .484 cam the pressure over the nose or open pressure would be about 290lb.
It'd be interesting to find these springs in a catalog.
Looks like the springs could work to well over 0.600 but I think the concern is that that would be a pretty big cam and need some serious springs, probably quite a bit more spring rate.
Online I found these springs that are mighty close to the specs, just a little different.

Anyway, no need to have more spring than you already have, although I'd sure look into a different cam if you haven't bought the .484 already.
