what is the difference between the 23 spline and 18 spline throuout bearings ? I assume that the 18 spline throuout bearing has a bigger bore size. If I switch from a 23 spline A833 to a 18 spline transmission, can I reuse the 23 spline throwout bearing and clutch fork or do both need to be bigger ? thanks in advance

thanks for the reply :-) 0.052" is not much of a difference. Would both input shafts use the same bearing retainer sleeve or do these also have different diameters ?

The big one will wobble on a 23 spline.Summit gave me the wrong one once.Tried it on my 23 spline and no way would I use the hemi one.The sleeves are different as the 18 has to be bigger to fit the shaft.Rocky
