Does anyone know of a quick ratio power steering box for 72-93 'D' trucks?

There's probably a GM application that would be a workable swap. But I'd have to think about what it may be.

Dodge trucks used the same Saginaw 808 box as Chevy so would think someone would have something.

Yes it can be done, best to have a specialist like steer n gear, firm feel or Lee do it.
You could do it yourself, you would need a fast ratio box of the correct rotation and swap the guts into your housing. Input splines changed in the late 70's or early 80's so a donor as close to your year as possible would e nice.

I replaced my box with a Chevy unit from Steer and Gear. Dodge unit was 4.25 turns lock to lock, Chevy unit is 3.5 turns lock to lock.
