What is the difference between the Midland Ross power booster 3579292 and 3579267?

IDK but what I would do is Google those numbers & if that dont get results then call one of the brake rebuilders & see if one of em will work with you on your numbers

292 is for field installation on disc or drum B-bodies.

267 is for disc brake C-bodies
