Hemi is same as RB , it's 10.725, 10.59 would be .135 short. You create other problems with that much off.
I'm not sure what you would use for a spacer with that much off , shim gaskets and ??? sandwiched in the middle ?

I had read somewhere about a spacer that came in different thickness, made for the old SS blocks, Sandwiched between two gaskets. Of course copper and the MLS gaskets can be had that are 1/4 thick, but not sure of the integrity of that.
