Glad he found the problem, Mike. I thought the runs weren't quite up to par with what he should be running. I usually compare the SS/AH times to the Pro Stockers to get a bearing on conditions. I think CW does this, too.

Any hope the CW will make it to Belle Rose?

1.Fred was fighting the timing issue and then on his class run he slow down,and you are right cw does judge by what the Pro stockers run.

Any hope the CW will make it to Belle Rose?

2,Maybe today,but it will be with his old engine.

His old engine will work just fine. The newest motor we have in our cars (Seabiscuit) is 3 years old. Tell CW we're making ice cream at Belle Rose and my Mom sewed something for him and his Dad. He has to show!

Julie, CW is trying to get his customers engines ready so they can make it Bella Rose,Once he gets them all up and running, then he has to get SR. Pontiac ready for the season and tested before he goes racing.the comp car also needs to be tested. So if all that gets done in the next few weeks,I am sure he will try to get to Bella Rose. They miss the gators for the first time since they began racing.So they both are wanting to get back to racing Asap.

I know all the Big news from Atco has been posted.But other SS/AH cars are at atco,and nobody has reported times for them. but here some pictures of one of the new cars that is at atco,one of the barton built new car.

Also Bucky Hess is racing at atco. and I am sure others are also.Seems if you going to report one car you could give the times for the rest. Anybody know what E.t where for the rest of the SS/AH guys????????

I also like a/sa cars, I try to get pictures of member Jim Fitzpatrick car at the gators, but it was already in the trailer. But I did get great pictures of Fred Henson car, This car is not only fast, but also a great looking car.

The conditions Saturday weren't nearly as good as they were on Friday. Dad talked to Bucky today. He and Pancake were both running 70's yesterday. Don't know about the other cars.

No That car was destroy in the fire. This is a new one to replace that one. the other one was yellow with black top.

Yes it is too bad, Fred told me that they just scrap it out.

....there is nothing like driving my 1968 Hemi Dart around town and having people looking at you like you're nuts!!

Well it looks almost stock from the outside,Didn't they come new with roll cages,and slicks,and most of all NHRA approved.
