I have a warranty problem that has been on going for over a year and I want to talk to someone at Chrysler with techical knowledge of the 47RE transmission. I called Chrysler's genaral "800" phone number and I always get transfered to someone off shore that hasn't a clue of what I need. Any help would be appreciated.

There is no oem tech support number for the general public.

Dealers have a number for tech assistance, but if you don't have a dealer code you can't get through.

If it's been a year long ongoing mess, best bet is forget about calling anyone except for the DM in your area. Ask your dealer for contact information for the district manager....if they won't cooperate, talk to a competing chrysler/dodge dealer in the area, explain you're having a warranty problem with another dealer and ask them for the DM's contact information. Once you have the ear of a DM, you're better off than you would be talking with any sort of tech assistance folks.
