My guess:
Competition Cams (I remember that too)

300/310 advertised duration (advertised duration because its a 1-bolt cam, if it had been a 3-bolt cam I might have leaned towards it meaning duration at 50)

114 LSA (S14 stamp. S means Separation, most cam manufs don't use the whole LSA in their description, just the two meaningful digits.)

ground 6* advanced (6A stamping)

Mechanical (the M5512 stamp)( thinking the 5512 indicates which grind series the lobes come from.)

Also it's a chevy lobe cam, Comp wasn't doing commercial cams with specifically Chrysler lifter diameter lobes.

I'd guess lift to be in the neighborhood of 0.480 with 1.5 rockers.

I hope we get a real answer so I can see how far off my guess was!

R.
