Well you have plenty of time to get it sorted out. Given your luck you would be at the first Drag Week where they did not let everyone run that was there. Given what you have invested so far the entry fee is not much compared to knowing you are in.

It does but people back out and those that sign up, but on the outside looking in, can get in as a alternate. Quite a few get in this way.

It does sell out in minutes.. as a rule of thumb
there will be a 20% drop out(has been this for
years now).. I will sign in on the back up list that
gives those people priority over the drive in people..
they pull from the back up list first then if they
dont fill up then go to the drive in people that just
show up.. even then they dont get the FULL of
cars that they are set up for.. last year they wanted
350 cars.. they still fell short... so I'll just get
on the waiting list/back ups.. that way I can pay the
day of tech
