Surfing for an aluminum radiator that works and isn't a budget buster for my 440 68RR. Any one with suggestions and pics? Tell me your story. 26" I believe. Thanks...

I bought mine for under $200 on e-bay and it was new. I love it!!!!!!!!!! Cools better than the 3 core copper radiator with electric fan that I had! Even the fan shroud bolted right up! Only problem I had was the upper tank hit the radiator support when bolted up so i had to put some washers behind it to shim it. Just dom a search for Roadrunner radiator on e bay and you will find one with a buy it now price for around $200.

I like very much. Mines only 22" but it cools a 472 Hemi just fine. I got mine from Mancinis. They also have a 26" in both a universal or custom fit down flow. They also have an aluminum shroud to go with it.
Very nice! Is that a true bolt-in? Wonder who makes them for Mancini. Wizard Cooling and Smiths Radiator are the only ones I've seen that make true bolt-in 22", aluminum downflow Mopar rads (vs. universal or "pretty close to the same size").
What are you doing for a fan and/or shroud? What temp are you maintaining?

4boxer4-thanks for compliment. I wish I hadn't had to take it apart-but like the 6 million dollar man-we can rebuild it, better, stronger,faster...
The only thing I had to do was drill the holes for the bolts. Mancini can order it pre drilled but you would need to supply them some measurements.
Originally I tried to use a 6 blade clutch fan (jaguar clutch) as the rad is thicker than a stocker, but I found when it was hot and humid (95 degrees F). The temp would climb to 195 at a stop. It would come down to 185 when moving (180 thermostat).
I switch to a solid 6 blade fan and it stays at 185 moving or stopped.
I bought the shroud from Mancini (shroud spec'd for the rad. The rad has a mounting flange. I just used self drilling/tapping screws to hold it on
