I am making it, hopefully the car will too...Was planning on making it last year to but the engine had another idea a couple weeks before.
How about you are you planning on bringing that beautiful machine of yours down for some fun?

Yeah it is a big file, the show is an hour long DT-Not sure how fast your car normally runs. Here is something to keep in mind though. Vegas is an altitude track(2200' IIRC) and the DA's can get high. Although early in the year the air can be pretty good. As for the Q16 deal. The bump is usually into the 7's. The first year it was almost 9.0 IIRC. I was gonna try and run the Q16 knowing I most likely wont qualify and get bumped back to S/P. The good news is the Q16 guys dont spend near as much time in the lanes as S/P does. Be great if you make it, maybe we can get a few of these Barracudas together for a little Moparts picture with the Chris's as well.

Yeah, I hear ya man. 2200 is high for sure. The new motor will put it under 8.5's by its self, but if I leave the nitrous converter, and rear gear in place it should kill it off the line enough to keep it close to an 8.5, or maybe above.
the plan is just to be there, but I would obviously like to be in a class that I could at least be somewhat competitive in. I wanted to run the Mopar Muscle true street thing, but it looks like pump gas only and no pump E85. My car, I'm sure given what it is, and who's driving it will be wayyy to inconsistent to make it past round one of a S/P race, so if I don't make the Q16 I may just go show poodle, and make a couple passes for fun.
