That hinge with the grease fitting misses greasing the roller wheels and spring for the detents, so you have to use spray lube on the hinge anyway. Are we too lazy to lubricate them once a year without a grease fitting, amazing how long they will last if you take care of them.
Read your service manual to see the recommended lube intervals. Do the door latches, trunk, and hood also.
In my opinion, that door hinge is assinine. as stated, it misses the detention wheels and spring? what kind of mess does all that grease create after a few greasings, plus all the dirt it will collect. Grease needs to be contained inside a housing with seals to prevent contamination and seeping. I have them on my car, work great.. It seems to me the pin wallows out the hole so the grease helps prevent and slow this down.. The wheel and springs were always lubable, the pins not so..

Just put a new AMD set on a 1970 A body and have ZERO complaints the fit isn't my concern here i worry about how long that soft crap metal from china will last used in a car with a heavy door. the factory ones seemed to not last very long..
